The priority of the pre-registration process is as follows:
1. Residents in host institutions based in the Parish of Alvalade.
2. Children and young people identified by the Department of Social Rights of the FA, duly substantiated.
3. Descendants in the first degree of the straight line of employees of the Parish Council of Alvalade.
4. Descendants in the first degree of the straight line of citizens registered in the Parish or who have a bond of civil sponsorship in relation to them.
5. Descendants in the second degree in the straight line of citizens registered in the Parish.
6. Children and young people attending educational establishments in the Parish of Alvalade.
7. Descendants in the first degree of the straight line of citizens who prove to exercise their professional activity in the area of the Parish of Alvalade.
8. Children and young people who have already attended a shift, if there are vacancies.
The Parish Council has also specified the documents required for each pre-registration criteria to be submitted for data confirmation purposes. These documents include identification documents of the child or young person, medical reports/health, and food certificates, if applicable, and proof/declaration of the family allowance scale assigned by social security.
It is essential to submit pre-registrations before the deadline, and then send the respective documents via email to alvalade.em.ferias@jf-alvalade.pt.
